...so I have a tendency to go out to eat often! LOLOLOL!

I have a few extra pounds around my middle, and may die a little early, but hey, I love great food!!!
So I am here to tell you about a restaurant I frequented on Friday June 19th 2020.
The name of the restaurant is Bambu and they know what they are doing when it comes to preparing food to say the least!!!
Here is a list of the items I ate that evening,
1). Lobster Pot-stickers: 6 handmade dumplings, pan seared, and served with our lobster butter sauce and sweet soy drizzle.
2). Fresh Arugula Mango Salad: Arugula and mango tossed in a mango vinaigrette, and topped with candied macadamia nuts.
3). Hazelnut Encrusted Alaskan Halibut: Fresh Alaskan Halibut oven roasted with an Oregon hazelnut crust. Served on our house mixed vegetables and finished with a passion fruit coconut cream sauce.
1). Banana Spring Rolls: Bananas wrapped in spring roll wrappers, flash fried and served with macadamia nut ice cream, chocolate, and caramel sauce.
2). Warm Chocolate Beignets: 2 warm (gooey) chocolate Beignets served with vanilla Ice cream and chocolate sauce drizzle.
Yes!
I was full and completely satisfied when I was done, to say the least!
..and yes, I had a couple glasses of Cabernet Sauvignon

Bambu was named the best restaurant in Medford by the owners of Yelp's Top 10 restaurants in Medford Oregon.

Thanks for affirming my post regarding Bambu Restaurant! I'm new to the area having moved down from Portland Oregon and it took me a little while to find head Chef and owner Adam Ward's Precious little gem, but now that I have I'm going to become a permanent fixture there!!!
One of my favorite restaurants in Medford! Incredible food!
